Bluestem Heritage asked me to assist them with their creation of an exhibit on the history of suburban dairy farms for The Maplewood Area Historical Society and its home: the Bruentrup Heritage Farm. The exhibit uses fun, playful interactive displays with original illustrations to highlight dairy history and milk house operations.
